Façade Improvement Grant Program
The City of Noblesville's Façade Improvement Grant Program is designed to stimulate downtown investment, maintain and expand the economic contribution of the Central Business District, promote architectural appreciation and initiate aesthetic improvements in downtown Noblesville.
