Architectural Review Board (ARB)

The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is comprised of 5 members and uses the City's adopted Architectural Design Guidelines to review and evaluate housing characteristics, architectural standards, and landscaping requirements for all new residential planned developments. The Architectural Review Board also reviews house plans submitted by a new builder in developments previously approved by the Board.
