Diversity & Inclusion Resources
The City of Noblesville has been working on diversity, inclusion and race relations in a number of ways and will continue to work to enhance our efforts. The city is coordinating with stakeholders on a number of levels to gather constructive resources that bring our community together.
City of Noblesville Book Borrowing Program
The City of Noblesville is providing books for residents to borrow concerning topics of Race Relations, Diversity, and Public Safety. The books may be checked out from the Mayor's Office (2nd Floor of City Hall, 16. S. 10th Street). Books available include:

Below is a list of many of the training courses that NPD officers complete on a regular basis to equip them with skills and understanding for engaging with members of a community in effective and empathetic ways. Most of the courses listed below are completed by all sworn officers on an annual basis, and others are completed by select officers based on their roles and responsibilities.
