Fines and Payments
To Those Charged With A Traffic Offense:
To admit to your charge(s), please sign your copy of the ticket and submit it to the Court with your payment by mail or in person. You may make your payment Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The schedules below show the TOTAL amount due for each eligible Infraction or Ordinance Violations.
How to Pay a Traffic Ticket written by a Noblesville or Westfield Officer ONLY:

In-Person Payment Options: The Noblesville City Court accepts: cash, money orders, cashier’s checks (made payable to Noblesville City Court), and credit/debit cards. There is a 3.5% service fee added for card payments. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED. Tickets may be paid by mail or in person if your ticket is not a MUST APPEAR offense. Please see the RED sheet provided to you for a list of these.

Online/Over the Phone Payment Options: Before you pay your citation please be sure your citation was given by a Westfield or Noblesville officer and has the Noblesville City Court information located on your ticket. If it was another police agency you cannot pay your citation with the Noblesville City Court.You must contact 1-844-546-9367 to pay your ticket with a credit or debit card by phone or pay online (you will need your ticket #). You may pay online at www.noblesvillecitycourtpayments.com. Payments by phone are available 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Online payments are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Please note: A convenience fee of 7% will be applied to all credit card transactions made online or by phone. Your liability is not discharged until the Court received the payment from NCourt services.

Money Orders and Cashier's Checks may be made payable to Noblesville City Court.

The Court has 2 payment drop boxes located in each lobby entrance, which are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Payment needs to be received by your court date; which is located at the bottom of your ticket. If you should need to request more time for payment, please contact the Court Staff in person or by phone.

Fees must be paid in full; no partial payments will be accepted.

Failure to pay your ticket or appear in court by the COURT APPEARANCE DATE printed on your white ticket may result in the following:
- $25 late fee added to your ticket fine
- Default judgment issued
- Driving privileges suspended through the BMV
Please wait 7 days after receiving your ticket before contacting the Court for more information, this will allow staff enough time to receive your ticket and help give you the correct information.
