Construction Standards

On March 14, 2012, the City of Noblesville approved revisions/modifications to the Noblesville Standards. The Noblesville Standards are construction standards, which are required for all developments. The purpose of having standards are as follows: 
 
1.  Provides for consistency amongst developments;
2.  Reduces review time associated with the Technical Advisory Committee;
3.  Assists Field Inspectors in observation/inspection
