Dave Johnson began his first term on the Noblesville Common Council in January 2024. Professionally, Johnson is a licensed professional geologist whose practice focuses on environmental site investigation and remediation. He was named Noblesville Chamber of Commerce’s Volunteer of the Year and is a past board member. Johnson also has been a part of Noblesville Schools Miller Ambassador Program, has served as a Noblesville Boys & Girls Club Meals for Members volunteer, Noblesville Lacrosse Club President, a youth travel soccer coach, and involved in Boys Scouts of America. He and wife, Michele, have two children and five grandchildren. They have lived in Wellington Northeast for four decades.

District 5 includes south central Noblesville (between Stony Creek Way and Greenfield Avenue).
