Hamilton County
Museum of History

In addition to being the Sheriff's Residence and Jail for Hamilton County from 1876 to 1977, the Hamilton County Museum of History has many items relating to our county's history, including genealogy, veteran records, old photographs of locations throughout the county, school yearbooks, sheriff information, and more. Located on the Downtown Square, the museum is open noon to 5 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.

Taylor Center of
Natural History 

Visitors to the Taylor Center of Natural History learn about the exciting archaeological discoveries that have been uncovered at Strawtown Koteewi Park. Artifacts and educational displays remind park guests that the land that is now Strawtown Koteewi Park holds a rich and fascinating history. The center is open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Nickel Plate Arts 

Art has the power to shape a place and its people. Nickel Plate Arts is an umbrella nonprofit organization that creates and coordinates arts and cultural experiences across communities to improve the quality of life for residents, strengthen local economies and enrich experiences for visitors. Visit professional artist studios, tour our galleries, shop for art, take a class, or enjoy art-centered community events on campus. Nickel Plate Arts is a project of Hamilton County Tourism, Inc. Visit the gallery at 107 S. 8th Street in Noblesville.

Birdie Gallery

Birdie Gallery 

The Hamilton County Artists' Association stands as the original and only juried fine arts organization in Hamilton County. Located at 195 South 5th Street, the HCAA is made up of selected artists from cities within Hamilton County. Admission to Birdie Gallery is free. Birdie Gallery is open February through November from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursdays, 1 to 4 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays.

NobleMade 

Featuring locally made items that celebrate Noblesville and its local artists and makers. Located at 839 Conner Street, NobleMade is open11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday; 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday; and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday.
