PROJECT: Washington Business Park

TIMELINE: Construction began in April 2021.

• Current tenants include IDI Composites International, Morrell Group, Evolution Motion Solutions, Indy Premier, Restaurant Technologies, HealthFlexx, Breakers Unlimited and Yoo Direct Health. 
• Evolve Transporters will relocate its headquarters and manufacturing facility to Washington Business Park. 

TYPE: Industrial/Flex

• 7 to 11 lots – ranging from 2-acres to 22-acre sites.
• The buildings anticipated sizes range from 10,000 square feet to 250,000 square feet depending on the needs of the future tenants.

DEVELOPER: This is a public-private project between Patch Development and the City of Noblesville. 

ESTIMATED COST: $6.7 million. The city investment will come from property taxes generated by the project itself and does not involve the use of any existing tax revenues. 

LOCATION: 75 acres along State Road 37, north of 150th Street.
