Prospective Quoters:
Quotes will be received by the City of Noblesville Clerk-Treasurer until 8:30 AM, May 26, 2015. Quotes will then be opened at 9:00 AM, May 26, 2015, at the Board of Public Works and Safety regular meeting.
Contract Information Book (CIB) is available upon written request to the City of Noblesville, Department of Engineering. Written notice shall provide company name, contact, email address, address, and phone number. Send an email to [email protected] and [email protected]. You can reply directly to this email. You will be added to the Official Plan Holder list.
- There is no Pre-Bid meeting for this project.
- Quotes will only be accepted from firms on the respective quotes Official Plan Holders List.
- This ensures all prospective quoters have all contract documents and provides an official distribution list if an addendum is issued.
- No bid bonds, performance bond, or payment bonds are required for quoting. A certificate of insurance is required for the awarded contractor.
- Quoter shall provide 5 successful projects of similar scope with bid
- Quoter shall be either prequalified with INDOT for Demolition OR have a City of Indianapolis Wrecking License.
