Indiana American Water is relocating water lines in advance of the Noblesville Utilities’ Long Term Control Plan Phase 4 project.  In order for the city to install new storm sewers, water and gas mains need to be relocated. 

Work being performed now is relocating water mains by Indiana American Water. This work will cause temporary lane restrictions next week. Ninth and Wayne streets will be restricted to one lane on Monday, March 13. Tenth and Wayne streets will be restricted to one lane on Wednesday, March 15.

In April, the city will begin installation of new storm water sewers which will improve drainage in the northern half of the city.  There will be parking and lane restrictions during this project. More details about the city’s Long Term Control Plan Phase 4 project will be released closer to its start of construction.
