Beginning today, July 18, the intersections of North Drive and 10th Street, Evans Avenue and 10th Street, as well as, Center Drive from North Drive to Evans Ave. will be closed to traffic.  Only residents who reside in the area and emergency response traffic will be permitted access.

The closure is part of the City’s Long Term Control Plan Phase IV to remove unwanted storm water from the sanitary sewer system. This is the start of a year-long project that will include various areas of the northern half of downtown Noblesville.
